We love Dr. Patel! He is super friendly, professional, and took the time to really listen to my teenager and provide thoughtful advice. We truly appreciate his patience, care, and professionalism. The most amazing experience. We just moved from Tampa, Fl and I cannot thank Dr Patel enough for making this transition so smooth for my son and I. Very thorough and extremely professional. He was so honest I couldn’t have picked a better place for my son to continue his dental treatment!

I had an excellent experience at Lakeshore Orthodontics on Hopkins rd in Buffalo. Dr. Patel was extremely courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He carefully removed my teen age kid’s overdue braces (missed appointment from another Ortho at Sheridan drive, so we were asked to pay 2K just to remove braces they were the treating docs too they were greedy) made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Their teamwork and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and excellent customer service I received. I had a great experience bringing my son to Dr. Patels dental/orthodontic office! The entire team was so welcoming and patient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Their bedside manner is truly outstanding — kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. The service was excellent, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
